Hot heads Extensions are applied using a medical adhesive which is safe for your hair and scalp. The process takes 1-2 hours depending on the amount of hair being applied. The extensions last 10-12 weeks at a time. At that point you return to the salon for an extension revamp. Your extensions can be reapplied up to seven times before new hair needs to be purchased.
